Great Southern Bank | Audio Visual Case Study

Videopro were engaged by Great Southern Bank as the audio visual integrator for their Brisbane Hub project as they relocated to their new premises at 300 George Street. With a recent name change and rebranding, it was important to the client to demonstrate that Great Southern Bank is a new, fun, vibrant and exciting place to work and collaborate.

Architecture firm, Woods Bagot, were charged with designing a beautiful, functional and aesthetically pleasing workplace of the future. Videopro then worked closely with the Quadric team in order to install the AV throughout the construction phase.

The audio visual package features around 40 individual spaces spanning across four levels. Room types range from 4-6P, 8P, 10P, 12P and 16P meeting rooms, a large boardroom, a multipurpose café / town hall space, four combinable training spaces and digital signage throughout.

Great Southern Bank were after an audio visual solution that was simple, clean and consistent that could support a hybrid working model. It was also important that the chosen technology was robust in order to meet the client’s demanding business requirements.

Poly videobars were selected for the main video conferencing technology and are supported by Crestron control systems via touchpad and room booking panels. AppSpace was the chosen platform for digital signage and desk booking across all levels. Philips commercial displays were used throughout while the audio systems utilised Q-SYS and Shure products. Each meeting room features one-touch-join to ensure the system is as straight-forward as possible. The implementation of a consistent VC solution has allowed Great Southern Bank employees to use each space with ease from day one.
